Pickup is strictly by confirmed appointment. Please contact us before travelling.

These terms explain our website and purchase arrangements alongside the Payment Policy, Reservation Policy, Privacy Policy, and written Health Guarantee. Contact us if you need clarification before proceeding.

Puppy listings and enquiries

Use the puppy profiles to review photographs, age, sex, price, and relevant information. Our team confirms current availability and the purchase details with you. Provide accurate contact, order, and destination information, and tell us promptly if it changes.

The Puppy Application is optional. Applications and order requests begin a conversation; submission alone is not confirmation of payment, acceptance, or a reservation.

Purchase confirmation and payments

We contact you after an order request to discuss availability, the full total, reservation timing, and payment arrangements. No automatic payment is taken online. Confirmation of your purchase and reservation arrangements is communicated directly by our team.

The refundable reservation deposit is 30% of the puppy’s price only, excluding shipping, and is transferable to another available puppy. Deadlines are agreed individually. Payment Policy · Reservation Policy.

Shipping and handover

US shipping is $200 per puppy. The agreed airport-to-home journey brings the puppy to the nearest suitable airport serving your address, followed by onward delivery in a designated delivery van.

International shipping is $400 per puppy for eligible destinations, subject to route availability and the puppy’s travel eligibility. For two or more puppies, the normal per-puppy shipping total applies; we will discuss combined delivery arrangements and confirm any adjustment before payment. Pickup is strictly by confirmed appointment.

Confirm your destination, contact details, and agreed handover arrangements with us. Delivery schedules and international requirements are confirmed for the proposed journey; no universal arrival time is promised. Prepare for delivery.

Cancellation and refund arrangements

Refunds apply to cancellations made before the puppy has been delivered or handed over to the buyer. Shipping or transportation charges that have already been incurred are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the cancellation has been approved. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please contact our team with your purchase information to request a cancellation. If we cannot provide the selected puppy, contact us to arrange the applicable refund rather than assume a substitute puppy has been accepted.

Health guarantee and purchase documents

The genetic and congenital health guarantee lasts 12 months from the date you receive the puppy. Claims require documentation from a licensed veterinarian and compliance with the written guarantee. Read the complete published Health Promise.

If a valid claim is confirmed under our health guarantee, we will work with the buyer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement puppy of comparable value or a refund, depending on the nature and severity of the condition. All claims must be supported by documentation from a licensed veterinarian and comply with the terms of our health guarantee.

The bill of sale is issued after purchase and before shipment. The written health guarantee and applicable records accompany your puppy.

Website content and responsible use

Use the site and forms for genuine enquiries and purchases. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content, or send another person’s information without appropriate permission. Ask permission before republishing website photographs or text; this does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Personal information

The Privacy Policy describes enquiries, applications, order information, browser storage, analytics, advertising tools, and how to contact us about privacy. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, or identity documents through general forms.

Questions, complaints, and your rights

Contact us using the details above so we can discuss a purchase concern or complaint. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law. No exclusive court venue, arbitration requirement, or blanket waiver of liability is imposed by this page.

We may update these pages to reflect changes in our services or policies. The revision date is shown below the page title. Keep the terms and purchase information supplied for your transaction; later website changes do not by themselves rewrite an existing agreement.
