12-Month Genetic & Congenital Health Guarantee

Coverage and start date

The guarantee covers genetic and congenital conditions under its applicable written terms. It is not a promise that a puppy will never become ill. Keep the guarantee supplied with your puppy and ask us to clarify any terms you do not understand.

Records accompanying your puppy

• Written health guarantee
• Applicable health and vaccination records
• Microchip information, shared privately
• Registration documents where applicable

The bill of sale is issued after purchase and before the puppy is handed over for shipment. Vaccination records allow your veterinarian to review what has been given and advise on ongoing care. Registration information follows the individual puppy’s listing.

Raising a health concern

Seek advice from a licensed veterinarian about a health concern. Contact our team with your name, puppy’s name, receipt date, and relevant purchase information so we can discuss the concern and arrange how supporting records should be provided.

All claims must be supported by documentation from a licensed veterinarian and comply with the terms of the health guarantee. Do not delay veterinary care while waiting for a response from our team.

Resolution of a valid claim

If a valid claim is confirmed under our health guarantee, we will work with the buyer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement puppy of comparable value or a refund, depending on the nature and severity of the condition. All claims must be supported by documentation from a licensed veterinarian and comply with the terms of our health guarantee.
