Your reservation deposit
The reservation deposit is 30% of the puppy’s price only, excluding shipping. It is refundable and can be transferred to another available puppy.
For a puppy priced at $1,000, the deposit is $300. For multiple puppies, the deposit is 30% of the combined puppy subtotal. Shipping is not included in either calculation.
Agreeing the reservation
Contact our team to confirm availability and reservation arrangements for your chosen puppy. We discuss the reservation and payment deadlines individually with you. Please rely on the arrangements confirmed by our team, not simply the submission of an online request.
There is no automatic payment collection at checkout. Follow the payment instructions agreed directly with us. Read Our Process.
Transferring to another puppy
Your deposit may be transferred to another available puppy. Contact us with your current selection and the puppy you would like to choose instead. We will confirm availability and discuss the revised price, deposit allocation, balance, and delivery arrangements with you.
Remaining balance and timing
The remaining payment deadline and reservation timing will be discussed with you. Confirm the puppy’s price, deposit paid, any remaining balance, and separate transportation charges before completing payment. See the Payment Policy.
US shipping is $200 per puppy and international shipping is $400 per puppy. For two or more puppies, the normal per-puppy shipping total remains displayed; we will discuss combined delivery arrangements and confirm any adjustment before payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds apply to cancellations made before the puppy has been delivered or handed over to the buyer. Shipping or transportation charges that have already been incurred are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the cancellation has been approved. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Contact us with your name and chosen puppy so we can review the cancellation. This pre-handover cancellation policy is separate from a valid claim under the health guarantee.
