Confirm the agreed journey

US shipping is $200 per puppy. The agreed airport-to-home journey brings the puppy to the nearest suitable airport serving your address, followed by onward delivery in a designated delivery van.

International shipping is $400 per puppy for eligible destinations, subject to route availability and the puppy’s travel eligibility. For two or more puppies, the normal per-puppy shipping total applies; we will discuss combined delivery arrangements and confirm any adjustment before payment. Pickup is strictly by confirmed appointment.

Set up a calm space

Prepare a secure resting area, suitable bedding, food and water bowls, an appropriate carrier, harness and lead, and cleaning supplies. Ask our team for the puppy’s current food and feeding information. Put cords, medicines, chemicals, and small objects out of reach.

Be ready for the handover

• Be available using the contact method agreed with our team.
• Confirm who will receive the puppy and any property-access instructions.
• Have the agreed delivery or collection information ready.
• Let us know promptly if the receiving address or person changes.

Do not rely on an estimated schedule until the arrangements have been confirmed.

Keep the documents together

The bill of sale is issued after purchase and before shipment. The written health guarantee and applicable health and vaccination records accompany the puppy. Microchip details are shared privately, and registration documents apply where relevant.

Pickup at 1775 Judith Resnik Dr, El Paso, TX 79936, USA is strictly by confirmed appointment. Contact us in advance, agree the collection arrangements, and wait for confirmation before travelling.

If your plans change
